On this week's episode, Kaden and Cody made a trip across Weatherford to the McDavid Ranch in Hudson Oaks, Texas and visited with Hall of Famer and 2019 Pacific Coast Open Derby Champion: Clint Allen.

On today's show we give a quick update in Denver, Colorado at the NCHA Western Nationals. Then we bring you some of our listeners favorite horses of all time. We chat about some great mounts that we somehow forgot about as well as some memorable runs from each. Big thanks to everyone who sent us a list and let us know who some of their favorite horses of all time were!

On todays episode, the guys briefly cover both the Non Pro + the Open in Ardmore and the PCCHA Derby in Las Vegas Nevada. It's been what seems like a long time since we were doing our normal recording together on Mondays, after Kaden shares his top movie's list. We also share some of the listener submissions. To wrap everything up this week, the guys have a discussion about their top 4 horses. 

 

On this weeks episode, Kaden was out of town all week so Cody took over the hosting duties for the week. Cody and CBL discuss the 3 major aged events going on around the world. PCCHA Derby in Vegas, The Non Pro in Ardmore Oklahoma, and the NCHA Australian Futurity. Kaden and Cody were lucky enough to sit down with your reigning NCHA Open Futurity champion, Tatum Rice. We talk to Tatum about it all, Creyzee, Hashtags, Eazee E.... Tatum also shares some insight about being on the Executive Committee, convention thoughts,  as well as ways to help the NCHA regain strength and get back on to the beaten path. Finally, CBL and Cody share some experiences when they worked for Tatum together. CBL picks a Section K Ball cap winner, and the boys name their top 4 Movies of all time. This week's episode is a BIG one. Kaden and Cody sit down with the GOAT at this year's NCHA Convention. Lloyd recaps his recent wins at the 2019 Breeder's Invitational, how he got started cutting, and what it means to him to have an entire industry look up to him. Kaden and Cody also chat about their experiences at this years Convention and what they took away from the meetings they attended. 

Cody and Collbran are back from Tulsa, Oklahoma and the Breeder's Invitational. On today's episode the guys discuss the derby competition at the B.I. in both the Open and Non-Pro divisions and also chat about a few horse and rider duos that faired well up in Tulsa. The boys also discuss one of everyone's favorite parts of being in Tulsa: the B.I. Kid's Cutting. 

Monty Buntin drops by the Section K/Cutting Horse Central Booth at the 2019 Kit Kat Sugar Super Stakes on this weeks episode of the Section K Podcast. Monty explains his love for the sport of cutting, tells some cool stories about learning from some legendary horsemen, and talks about his first trip to Fort Worth to compete at the NCHA Futurity. 

On this week's episode Cody and Kaden set up camp in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Breeders Invitational where they caught up with 5/6 Open Champion: John Sanislow. John marked a 225 and a 222 in a work off to bring home the Championship for owner: Circle Y Ranch of Milsap, Texas. 

On today's episode, Kaden and CBL discuss the controversial DQ at the 2019 Kentucky Derby, the boys have an update on the current NCHA World Standings, and last but not least they bring you an interview with cutting horse trainer: Ryan Moore. Ryan came by the CHC booth during the Kit Kat Sugar Super Stakes and talked about how he got his start showing cutters, told a few stories about living life as a rodeo cowboy and how that lifestyle came to an end...
